The March meeting of the Observers Group will take place on March 25 at the Killumney Inn at 8 PM.  As usual there will be a series of presentations on all things astronomy related, along with the monthly Image Board all served up with a large dose of banter and craic. Paul Murphy will tell us about his recent trip to Dallas for the total solar eclipse … Theo will bring along one of the first of a new generation of go-to astrophoto telescopes Seestar s50, including photos taken with it … Pat O’Sullivan will have latest updates on James Webb Space Telescope, whilst Jan Cap and John Walshe will tell us about their latest project, refurbishing a 6-inch Charles Frank refractor.  Following a query from a member we also hope to have a short discussion on ideas for a first telescope. If the skies are clear we will adjurn  to our observation site to view the night sky.
